LUNGI Airport is the international air gateway to Sierra Leone.  Lungi is part of a series of towns and villages that make the area whole.  MAHERA is one of them.  Mahera is a few minutes from Lungi town and Lungi Airport.  Some of the other surrounding towns, villages and areas are Kamem, Rotifunk, Masoila, Tholomosor, Rogbom and more, especially, along the highway to TAGRIN which is the ferry terminal where you take the ferry to FREETOWN the capital city.  There are other transport means to Freetown.

Mahera, near Lungi and its surrounding areas, in Sierra Leone is in the Kaffu Bullom Chiefdom, Port Loko District in Sierra Leone. It is close to both the sea and the airport.  It is a small town with a population of about 8000 of the friendliest people in the country whose main occupation is agriculture and fisheries.  A few are empoyed to service the Airport.

Mahera, and neighbouring towns are peaceful and calm.  The air in the area is clean and there is a long Atlantic Ocean coastline with natural sand.  There is a stunning view of the Freetown city lights across the water at night.

Our Mahera Lots website is still dedicated to inviting owners of plots of land and potential buyers at Mahera and its surrounding areas like, Kamem, Rotifunk, Masoila, Tholomosor, Tintafor, Rogbom and others to contribute to the development of the area.  The area has a huge potential and has a great need for development.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful area to build your home for either short or extended stay, renting, holidays,  guest house or other, Mahera, and the Lungi area are good areas to do so in Sierra Leone.

There is a lot of buying taking place here mostly by Sierra Leoneans living abroad.   Contact us if you want to be part of the force in property ownership in Mahera!  Contact us if you want to contribute to the development of the area and the country as a whole.

You will not only be a property owner, you will directly and indirectly contribute to the local economy by using local labour for your projects and buying materials locally.
